Ir. Karen Agustiawan

President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) 2009-2014

Karen Agustiawan graduated from ITB Engineering Physics in 1983 where she was awarded a bachelor’s degree. After graduating, she went on to have a professional carrier in many companies, taking roles such as business development manager in Landmark Concurrent Solusi Indonesia and commercial manager for consulting and project management in Halliburton Indonesia. Since 2006, she became the expert staff of the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) and appointed to the role herself in 2009. She is the first female president director of the public owned oil and gas company.

Ir. Rama Royani

CEO Limawira 1986-2005, Founder of Talents Mapping, Creator of Strength Cluster Map, and Strength Typology

Rama Royani, affectionately called ‘Abah’ Rama, is one of the founders and owners of one of the most notable management consulting firms in the nation, LeadPro Consulting. He is also the creator of talent mapping, strength cluster map, and strength typology methods. This consulting firm concentrates on improving management tools, training materials, and the ability of business partners to present materials to users.
Abah Rama was awarded his bachelor’s degree from ITB Engineering Physics in 1964. He was also the CEO of Limawira Group in 1986-2005, a company that provides electrical and mechanical solutions.

Ir. Raharjo Kusetiadi

Director of PT. Heksa Prakarsa Teknik

Raharjo Kusetiadi completed his bachelor’s degree program in the ITB Engineering Physics in 1992. After graduating from ITB, he is active in many works that are related to micro-hydro power generators. He regularly attended national and international trainings in relation to the field. Since 1995, he became director of PT. Heksa Prakarsa Teknik Bandung which is a micro-hydro company. To date, his company have installed micro-hydro power generators in almost all Indonesian provinces as well as in other countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Laos, Kenya, Uganda, Madagascar, and the UK. He was awarded the Ganesa Widya Jasa Utama prize by ITB in 2018.

Ir. Yuddy Setyo Wicaksono, MT.

President Commissioner of PT. Cogindo, former Head of Finance PT. PLN, former Director of Operations I and Director of Production PT. PJB

Yuddy Wicaksono is an ITB Engineering Physics alumni who graduated in 1993. He was the Head of Finance in PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Pusat as well as the Director of Operation I and Director of Production in PT. Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali (PJB) which is a subsidiary of PT. PLN. He was awarded his master’s degree from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Universitas Indonesia. Currently, he is the President Commissioner of PT. Cogindo Daya Bersama (Cogindo/ PT. CDB) which is an electrical power company that provides services in generator operation and maintenance.

Medianne Nurul Fuadah, ST., MBA.

Business Consultant di PT. Palladium International Indonesia & Co-Founder Narakopi Roastery (Co-op)

Mediane is a 2009 Engineering Physics alumnus. She had her final project at the Optics Laboratory where she studied stereovision. After graduating in 2013, she worked in the energy sector as a field engineer at Baker Hughes Indonesia as well as being the Supervisor and Community Facilitator for the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Electrification Program at Mentawai Islands, West Sumatera.
Her interest in the field of community development and sociopreneurship led Mediane and her friends to establish an agricultural company named Narakopi in 2016. This company went on to be one of the 5 best companies in the 2017 ASEAN Young Sociopreneurship event. In the same year, Mediane continued her studies in the ITB Business and Administration Master’s program which was funded by the LPDP scholarship. She is also a business consultant at PT. Palladium International Indonesia in a program that tries to increase farmer income in rural Indonesia where she is involved in studies of gender equality and social inclusion strategy for business, all while still running her own company.
